Bob Paris, age 60, of Meadville, died Thursday, October 13, 2016, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty.

A funeral service will be Monday, October 17, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Meadville with Pastor Keith Sisney officiating. Burial will be in Botts Cemetery north of Meadville. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 until 8:00 in the evening at Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home in Brookfield.

James Robert, son of William and Naomi (Thiel) Paris, was born May 9, 1956, in Moberly. On April 8, 1989, he married Kathy Sue Albertson.

Bob was the owner/operator of Paris Bulldozing for the past 20 years. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed reading, watching western movies, and spending time with his 4-month-old grandson.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy and one son, Kyle of the home; and one daughter, Danielle and her son, Emmett of Iowa; four brothers, Alan of Texas, Dan and wife, Barb of Maryland, Steve of China, and Billy of Marceline; three sisters, Rebecca of Minnesota, Rachel of Washington, and Marilyn and husband, Terry of Bucklin; and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

His parents; two sisters, Roberta and Jackie; and one brother, Randy preceded him in death.
