Jo Ann (Main) Frazier of Sandy Hook, CT died August16, 2016 at the home of her sister Maeola Cadwell. She was born June 13, 1936 in Bucklin, MO the daughter of Cecil and Annabelle (McMillian) Main. On June 16, 1956 in New Cambria MO, Jo Ann was united in marriage to Donald F. Frazier who preceded her in death on December 22, 2009.

Jo Ann graduated from High Hill Elementary School and New Cambria High School. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother and a wonderful woman with a big heart who spent her life taking care of others heart and was loved by many. Jo Ann loved her family and was extremely proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Known to many as Mrs. Frazier she could be found at Beacon Hill Church, in Monroe, CT for more than 2 decades watching little ones in the child care center. She was a very talented gardener with a magical green thumb, she was capable of rescuing plants and bringing them back to life and enjoyed watching them flourish. She was also known for her delicious cookies, she would send care packages to family and friends often. She will be deeply missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

She is survived by two daughters, Charlene Sue Gagliardi, Cheyenne, WY and Rebecca Ann Kowalski (Stephen), Sandy Hook, CT; four sisters, Meola Cadwell (Roger), Keytesville, Margaret Pope (Roy), Marceline, Patsy Malloy, Cornsville, AZ, and Linda Douglas (Larry), Kansas City, grandchildren, Christina McCabe (Derek), Jennifer Ennis (Patrick), Toni Marie Kopack (CJ), Tiffany Hope Gagliardi, Emily Frazier, Brittany and Erin Kowalski, 11 great grandchildren, Shane McCabe (Krysten), Anthony McCabe, Angelo Ennis, Christopher Ennis, Natalia Kopack, Joey Kopack, Necole, Haylei Madison and Lucas Gagliardi, and Matteo Frazier, and one great-great granddaughter Sydney. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald, son Charles Frazier, grandson, Chase Kowalski, and great grandson Leo Ennis.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Delaney Funeral Home, Marceline.
