Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe to Host Annual Buy Missouri Day at the Capitol

Jefferson City, MO – On Wednesday, May 1, 2024, Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe will host the annual Buy Missouri Day at the Missouri State Capitol from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Buy Missouri members from across the state will have their products on display in the third floor rotunda for legislators and members of the public to learn more about Missouri manufacturers.

"We are excited to host Buy Missouri Day at the Capitol again this year to promote the businesses manufacturing incredible products in our state," Lieutenant Governor Kehoe said. "During my time as lieutenant governor, we have grown the Buy Missouri program to include over 600 members who employ over 17,000 Missourians. These businesses are the heartbeat of Missouri's economy, and we encourage Missourians to continue to keep their hard-earned dollars local and Buy Missouri."

The Buy Missouri program, established in 2017, is an economic development initiative led by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to promote Missouri manufacturers and products.

Under Lt. Governor Kehoe’s leadership, the Buy Missouri program has grown from just over 100 members to more than 600 members and over 50 retail partners, representing 100 counties from across the state.
