The Macon County Health Department is holding a Moderna COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Thursday September 2, 2021. Appointments are still available!

This clinic is available for first, second or booster doses for those who have a qulifying condition.

For those who qualify for the booster dose, the must sign the attestation (attached) stating they qualify for a booster dose at this time and bring their card showing previous two doses of the vaccine. It is recommended to get the booster dose of what they received for the first two doses.
