Tuesday - Hamburgers w/bun, tater tots, green beans, fruit, milk

Wednesday - Chicken patties sandwiches, peas, fruit, milk

Thursday – Cooks choice

Friday - No meal served

All library books have to been turned in to Mrs. Roberts in the library.

6th -12th grade students who have an "F" or have missing assignments will NOT be allowed to participate in Field Day or Community Betterment Day until all work has been completed and turned in to the teachers.

Jr. High track athletes who still need to wash and return their track uniforms to Mr. Dill: Jaden Ferguson, Haley Bachman and Keely Mallett.

Varsity track athletes who are not still competing need to wash and return track uniforms to Mr. Dill ASAP.

Due to social distancing, non- bus riders will not be able to ride the bus home with other students at this time.

2020-2021 Yearbooks are on sale for $30 each. Last day to purchase a yearbook is Thursday, May 20th.

Saturday, May 15 - Varsity Sectional track meet at Monroe City High School. Bus leaves at 7:00 a.m. Here is Bevier's schedule of Sectional track events for Saturday, May 15th at Monroe City high school:

9:00 AM - Triple Jump = Caleb Rhoads

11:00 AM - High Jump = Caleb Rhoads

11:00 AM - 4 x 800 Meter Girls relay: Madelyn, Lanie, Alana, Sicily

12:50 PM - 4 x 200 Meter Boys relay: Caleb, Garet, Devin, Xzaver, Ronnie (alternate)

1:50 PM - 4 x 100 Meter Boys relay: Xzaver, Devin, Caleb, Garet, Ronnie (alternate)

3:00 PM - 800 Meter Run = Garet

3:50 PM - 4 x 400 Meter Girls Relay: Madelyn, Lanie, Alana, Sicily

Monday, May 17 - Senior's last day at MacTec. Seniors, please have all Bevier School items returned to teachers

Tuesday, May 18 - Junior's last day at MacTec

Tuesday, May 18 - Seniors will practice for graduation and then leave as a class for Senior Day. ALL chromebooks, chargers, books, uniforms must be turned in and ALL bills have to be paid in order for Seniors to participate in Senior Day. Chargers must be returned with chromebooks or you will be charged $20. Also, if you've borrowed an extra charger and not returned it, you will be charged for it as well.

Tuesday, May 18 - 6th-8th grade Community Betterment Day after lunch.

Tuesday, May 18 - FFA Awards Ceremony at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.

Wednesday, May 19 - 2nd-3rd grade field trip to Rockbridge Park in Columbia.

Wednesday, May 19 - 9th-12th Community Betterment Day after lunch. 6th-8th grade Field Day after lunch.

Wednesday, May 19 - Kindergarten Graduation at 6:30 p.m. in the gym. Students need to be at school at 6:00 p.m. for Wagner Photography to take pictures.

Thursday, May 20 - 6th-12th grade Awards Assembly in the gym at 8:30 a.m. (Teachers need to accompany their class and sit with them during the assembly) 1st - 5th grade Awards Assembly in the gym at 1:00 p.m.. 9th-12th grade Field day after lunch.

Thursday, May 20 - 8th gr. Graduation in the gym at 6:30 p.m. Students need to be at school at 5:45 p.m. for Wagner Photography to take pictures.

Friday, May 21 - LAST DAY of SCHOOL. Students will be watching a movie at the Macon Cinema. Cost of movie is $6.50 per student (please send correct amount). If paying by check, check has to be made out to Macon Cinema NOT Bevier School. PreK - 5th will be seeing "Tom and Jerry". 6th-12th will be seeing "Fast and Furious 8"Students who have school items still out and/or still have bills will not be able to attend movie. PreK-5th grade give money to classroom teacher. 6th grade - Mrs. Roberts, 7th grade - Ms. Matlock, 8th grade - Mr. Eitel, Freshman - Mrs. Thrasher, Sophomores - Mrs. Ratliff, Juniors - Mr. Toll and Seniors - Mrs. Wriedt.

Sunday, May 23 - Senior graduation at 6:00 p.m. in the gym. Students need to be at school at 5:00 p.m. to take cap/gown pictures and a group picture.
