The Home Press and the City of Macon are working together to schedule an exact date for the forum in Mid-November and will announce the details when an agreement is made.

“We have been working hard on new developments with the pool project, but the details are not yet complete. We look forward to discussing the project developments with The Home Press in the very near future," stated Mayor of Macon, Talt Holman.

"I have structured the format of this forum to include both a discussion on the backstory of the pool project here in Macon, as well as where the project stands in a contemporary sense. My intent is inclusive of the mere purpose to inform citizens about this topic. To accomplish this goal, the city needs to come to the table with as much information as they possibly can. I look forward to discussing imminent developments and updates that the city will be getting in the next few weeks, during the forum in November," stated Reporter Ben Nelson.
