REMINDER: One Lane Traffic on Missouri Route 6 in Adair County for Permit Work in the Upcoming Weeks

Just a reminder about the upcoming permit work taking place on Missouri Route 6 in Adair County on July 16 that will temporarily close the road. Thank you!

MACON - Weather permitting, July 16, the United States Geological Survey will have Missouri Route 6 in Adair County down to one lane traffic at the Chariton River Bridge, located 1 mile east of Missouri Route 149 near Novinger, to do bridge work. The work will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. that day.

Please use caution if you will be traveling through this area, and remember to obey all work zone signs and personnel, and put down your cell phone to help eliminate distractions.
