Charlene S. Mitch August 17, 1944 - May 16, 2019

Charlene S. Mitch, age 74 of Marceline, died Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Pioneer Skilled Nursing. Charlene was born in Marceline on August 17, 1944 to William Louis and Audrey (Ingerson) Fields. She married Leonard J. Mitch on December 30, 1965 and he preceded her in death in 1992.

Charlene had worked at Walsworth Publishing Company and was a member of the St. Bonaventure Catholic Church.

She is survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband L.J., infant daughter Cheryl Sue Mitch, brothers, Orville, Joseph, Billy, Robert and sisters Dorothy Beshears and Florence Enyeart.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline with burial in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to Linn County Humane Society and mailed to 1720 N. Missouri Ave., Marceline, MO 64658.
