Elaine Hartgrove July 07, 1931 - December 22, 2018

Elaine (Berkshire) Hartgrove, age 87, passed away on the morning of December 22, 2018 at King’s Grant Retirement Community in Martinsville, Virginia.

Elaine was born July 7, 1931, the daughter of Ben and Ruby (Wilkes) Berkshire in Memphis, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Laverne Hargrove on July 16, 1949 in Shelbina, Missouri. He preceded her in death on August 20, 1988.

She is survived by her one son, Mike Hartgrove of Albemarle, North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Kenneth.

Elaine graduated from Shelbina High School in the Class of 1949. She was a member of the Shelbina First Christian Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina, Missouri. A visitation will precede the service starting at 12 pm. Interment will be held in the Shelbina Cemetery following the service. Memorials may be made to Donor’s Choice.
