Joe F. "Bo" Daiprai May 26, 1932 - DECEMBER 9, 2018

Joe F. “Bo” Daiprai, 86, of Moberly, died Sunday, December 9, 2018. He was born May 26, 1932 in Higbee to Bennie F. and Josephine (Hudson) Daiprai.

Prior to retirement Bo honorably served his country in the United States Air Force for 22 years.

He married Linda Lou Pitney on May 26, 1971 in Moberly and she survives of the home. Also surviving are a daughter, Cheryl Ann of the State of California, two brothers, Bennie R. Daiprai and his wife Linda and Cecil R. Daiprai all of Moberly, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Patrica, a brother Robert Daiprai and a sister, Ruby Johnson.

Bo was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Memorials to the American Cancer Society or the Higbee Senior Citizens Center would be appreciated.

Services honoring and celebrating Bo’s life were held at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel. Committal prayers and burial were in the Higbee City Cemetery.
