Betty Maupin July 23, 1933 - September 24, 2018

Betty Maupin, 85, of Higbee, Missouri, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018, at Heritage Hall, Centralia, Missouri.

Betty was born July 23, 1933 in DePue, Illinois to John and Dora (Marsett) Hall. Betty loved fishing, watching Western movies and Saddle up Saturday's". She enjoyed baking, was known for her hoarding of candy, and loved animals.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Allen Maupin who passed away in 2014; son, Paul Maupin; and brothers: Donnie Hall and Jack Hall.

Survivors include her son, Allen Maupin and wife Sarah of Higbee, Missouri; daughters: Lori Maupin of Higbee, Missouri, and Joyce Milnes and husband Jerry of Moberly, Missouri; brother, Wayne Hall of Springfield, Illinois, grandchildren: Levi Maupin and wife Laura, and Seton Thornhill; and great-grandchild, Colton.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly, Missouri. Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor James Bolin officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Moberly, Missouri.
