Jennifer Jones February 13, 1971 - August 15, 2018

Jeny, age 47, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018 in the University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri from complications of Lupus.

Born February 13, 1971 in North Platte, Nebraska, she was the daughter of Jack Lee and Carol June (Bell) McAdams.

On June 1, 1991 in Adair County, Missouri she married Thomas Eugene Jones. They were the parents of two daughters Korrie Lynn Jones of Kirksville and Kasey Lee Jones of the home.

Tom and Jeny have lived their entire 27 years of marriage in Missouri, most of it in Kirksville.

She is survived by her husband, daughters, parents, two sisters Pam & Chris McGruder, of Jackson, Missouri and Peggy Duty, of Kirksville and her pride and joy granddaughter Avery Nicole.

She was a 1989 graduate of Kirksville High School and attended Moberly Area Community College, majoring in child care.

Jeny managed the woman's shelter for Victim Support Services until she was no longer able to work due to her declining heath.

She enjoyed long car rides with her husband and spending time with her family, but mostly spoiling her granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Davis Playle Hudson Rimer Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday evening, August 17, 2018, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00p.m. at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home, 2100 E. Shepherd Ave., Kirksville, MO 63501 660-665-2233
