Betty Louise Livingston August 27, 1938 - August 18, 2018

Betty Louise Livingston, age 79, of Brookfield, passed away on Saturday, August, 18, 2018 at home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM, Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Park Baptist Church, Brookfield, with Reverend David Blakely officiating. Burial will follow at Park Lawn Cemetery, Brookfield. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 12:30 PM until the time of service. Memorials have been suggested to S.E.V. Betty Louise, daughter of Harry Edward Gaus and Vera Florence (Daggs) Gaus,was born on August 27, 1938 in Fresno, California . On March 12, 1956 she was united in marriage to James Gale Livingston in Hernando, Mississippi. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2011. Betty spent many years as a hairdresser. She was a member of the LaGrange First Baptist Church and a member of the Lane Gang bowling league.

Betty is survived by her children, Kathy McCollum and significant other, Jim Orr, Brookfield; Debbie Livingston, Brookfield; Tony Livingston and wife Laura, Brookfield; Lori Livingston and significant other, Russell Alexander, Canehill, AR; two brothers, Dwain Gaus (Caroline), Melissa, TX; Clifford Gaus (Alene), Pocohontas, AR; one sister, Jean Lovejoy, St. Joseph, MO; her grandchildren, Kelly Tipton (Kenny), Jimmy Dorrell (Katy), Kristin Radel (Chris), Lindsey Jones (Tyler England), Hollie Livingston (Jim Orr), Kari Van Dusen (Adam), Joshua Henry (Shelly Dorrell), Stephanie Gray(John Richardson); and 16 great-grandchildren.

Betty was also preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Lola Brumbaugh, one infant granddaughter, Brooke Livingston, and one stillborn great-grandson, Abraham Gray.
