Jack Eli Plemmons October 28, 1958 July 19, 2018

Jack Eli Plemmons Jr., 59, of Moberly, passed away July 19, 2018. Jack was born October 28, 1958 in Asheville, North Carolina to Jack Plemmons Sr. and Christine McDonald Plemmons. On August 25, 2002 he married Lynn Baughn in Moberly.

Jack was employed by Boone Construction as a dump truck operator and had worked for the company for the past 15 years. Prior to that time, he owned and operated his own trucking business and he had also worked for 17 years as a production manager for Quaker Oats.

Jack loved watching dirt car racing and NASCAR. He enjoyed hunting and golf and was an avid fisherman. He could go to Wal Mart for a loaf of bread and return with a new fishing pole and several new lures.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Cathy Wells.

He is survived by his wife Lynn Plemmons, Sisters Pam (Ray) Hensley and Sherri (Jeff) Franklin all of North Carolina, extended family and friends.

A memorial service for Jack will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly, MO.
