State of Missouri Endangered Person Advisory
The Moberly Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 503 South 5th St, Moberly, MO at 1 PM on June 10, 2018.
Missing Is:
Lisa Ross, a white, female, age 42
Vehicle Information:
Gold Chrysler passenger car, possibly 300, unknown license, last seen unknown direction.
Possible suspects or associates are believed to be:
Stephen J. Thorp, a white, male, age 55, hgt 5 feet 7 inches, 180 lbs, bald hair, brown eyes, no clothing description.
The endangered missing person:
Lisa Ross, is a white, female, age 42, hgt 5 feet 9 inches, 135 lbs, blonde hair, brown eyes, with a tattoo of cherries on her lower back, wearing a white tank top with light blue tie dye, pearl earrings, white shorts, and brown leather sandals.
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident:
Ross was last seen travelling in a gold Chrysler passenger car, possibly a 300, and has not been heard from since. Ross has an order of protection against Stephen Thorp and may be with him. Thorp has been involved in several domestic incidents involving Ross, and is on probation for Murder 2nd Degree and armed criminal action.
Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Moberly Police Department at (660) 263-0346.
