William Douglas Rinker May 16, 1939 - June 05, 2018

William D. “Bill” Rinker, age 79 of Marceline, died Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at his home. Bill was born in New London, Missouri on May 16, 1939 to Levi and Cora (Ford) Rinker. He married Marianne Hamblin on October 21, 1961.

Bill was a Veteran of the United States Army. He had worked in construction and was an avid pilot.

He is survived by his wife Marianne of the home in Marceline, son Jeffrey Scott Rinker and Danene of Cary, North Carolina, sister Winnie Barker of Benton City, MO, five grandchildren, Kiera, Megan, Molly, Nikki and Paige, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son William Douglas Rinker Jr., three brothers, two sisters and three half brothers.

Memorial services will be held at 1 PM Friday, June 8, 2018 at Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline with private family burial later.
