Nikki Lee (Marts) Yearns, 71 of Queen City, Missouri passed away at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

The daughter of James Lester and Betty (Wardlow) Marts, she was born on March 29, 1947 in Ottumwa, Iowa. She was a graduate of the Davis County High School in Bloomfield, Iowa.

Nikki is survived by two sons, Jim Yearns and wife, Judy of Queen City, Missouri and Jay Yearns of Kirksville, Missouri; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters, Connie West of Bloomfield, Iowa and Joni Hamm and husband, Jim, from out of the state; nieces and nephews; other family members and many special friends.

Nikki is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Marcia Cuneio.

Nikki worked as an Air Tester for Hollister, Inc. in Kirksville, Missouri for many years and later retired from there.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri with Sonny Smyser, Pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri officiating. Music will be provided by J. R. Yardley performing a special selection of “This World Is Not My Home”. Pallbearers will be Matt March, Bryan March, Earl Dean Yearns, Ash Bulechek, J. R. Yardley and Robbie Yearns. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018 at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. Memorials have been established for the family.
