MARK MADDOX BOWS OUT OF WARD 2 CITY COUNCIL RACE - Paving way for Tony Petre to be Elected

On Friday February 9th, 2018, I received a very respectful text message from Mark Maddox. Mr. Maddox and Tony Petre were set to face off on April 3rd for the Macon Ward 2 City Council Race. Mr. Maddox stated, "After visiting with Tony Petre (previously my opposition in the April 3rd City Council Election), I decided to bow out and throw my support and all those votes going my way, to him. God Bless him, you, and yours." Tony Petre is now on his way to being elected as the councilman from Ward 2 in Macon, Missouri on April 3rd.

Tony Petre said in a text mesage, "Mark and I will be working together for a better future (for Macon). I respect and value his opinion tremendously. I am honored that he feels I am up to do the job."
