You know it’s close to Memorial Day when the Peonies are out in full bloom! Fortunately I took this picture before they were filled with rain water, making them droop to the ground. Peonies have always reminded me of the flowers we made out of tissues, tore the edges off and prettied up our Valentines Boxes in grade school.
