Joyce Ann Baker Payne

Joyce Ann Baker Payne, daughter of Judy (Blakley) and Ronnie Payne, age 45 of Marceline, died Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Pershing Memorial Hospital. Joyce was born on September 22, 1970 at Columbia, Missouri. She was a graduate of Marceline R-V High School, had worked as a CNA and was a Baptist.

She is survived by her parents, Judy and Ronnie Payne, Marceline, sister, Karen Sue Phillips and Darrell, Mendon, brother Ron Payne, Rockland, Massachusetts, nephews, Markus Phillips and Jessica, Travis Phillips, Trevor Phillips, Logan Smith, niece Isabella Payne, and great nieces Eleanor and Hallie Phillips. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM Monday, August 22, 2016 at Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline with burial in Locke Cemetery, Marceline. Visitation will be held from 1 PM until time of services Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
