Margery Mae Bue

Margery Mae Bue, 90, of Shelbyville, MO, passed away at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL, on Saturday, May 28, 2016. Margery was born on March 11, 1926 in Emden, MO, the daughter of Oliver Chester Latimer and Yetti J. Bauerrichter. She was united in marriage to Charles E. Bue on November 20, 1947 in Hannibal, MO. He preceded her in death on April 11, 1983. Margery is survived by her three children, Steven Bue and wife Sundae, Kathy Rollin, and Jacky Bue, all of Shelbyville, MO; four grandchildren, Brittney Collins, Stephanie Kelley, David Bue, and Tess Bue; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Bobby Gene Bue; two brothers, John and Joe Latimer; one sister Bonnie Copenhaver; and one son-in-law Robert Rollin. Margery was a graduate of Bethel High School in 1945. She was a Baptist by faith. On Sunday mornings, she looked forward to eating out in Bethel, MO at the Colony Fest Hall. Her biggest joy was spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Funeral services were at 11 am, Thursday, June 2, 2016, at Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina, MO, with Bro. Michael Brands as the officiant. Visitation was from 6pm to 8pm, Wednesday evening at the funeral home in Shelbina. Burial was at the Shelby Memorial Cemetery, in Shelbyville, MO following the funeral service.
