Janet Hines March 13, 1940 - January 3, 2019

Janet (Janette) Hines, age 78, of Brookfield, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019, at her home with her family by her side.

Janet was born March 13, 1940 to Charles Roscoe Anspaugh and Hazel Ethel (Powell) Anspaugh in Boomer, Missouri. She married Charles Hines on November 29, 1957 in Brookfield, Missouri. Charles and Janet had four children, Susan Moxley (Donnie), Marla Hargadine (Jim), Teresea Holloway (Mike) and Chuck Hines (Dottie). Janet lived in St. Catharine, Missouri and devoted her life to caring for her children.

She is survived by her husband, Charles, of the home; all four of her children; one brother, Marvin Anspaugh, Liberty, MO; one sister, Norma Manship, Kearney, MO; one sister-in-law, Joann Papke, Brookfield, MO; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Hazel Anspaugh; her in-laws, Albert and Fannie Hines; her beloved grandson, Chuck (Chuckie) Rhode; three sisters, Virginia Allen, Betty Jean Baker, and Sharon Coram; her five brothers, Raymond (Rusty), Don, Nelson, Bob, and Ronald (Sonny) Anspaugh; and her dear friend, Rosa Lee Gardner.
