Calvin Wayne Hall of Marceline, died at his home on October 30, 2018 at the age of 62. Calvin was born on March 8, 1956 in Brookfield, MO to Clarence William (C.W.) and Eldora (Jenkins) Hall. Calvin was employed by Hurtt Fabricating for nearly 40 years. He was a longtime member of the OK Tavern and also a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Calvin was best known for his love of the Kansas City Chiefs. The community will miss hearing the sound of the touchdown air horn on game day.

He is survived by sisters Caroline Bradshaw (Paul) of Mexico, Jackie Sullins of Marceline, Linn Cashatt (Bernard) of Columbia; sister-nieces Julie Ewigman (Adam) of Marceline, and Amber Eissler (Matt) of Germany; sister-in-law Carrie McCarroll of Lexington; nephews Chavis Hall (Emily), Justin McCarroll, Aaron McCarroll, Brandon Bradshaw, Troy Ewigman, Trent Ewigman, Dustin Cashatt, Levi Hinshaw, Troy King, Tony King; nieces Heather Dalton (Jedidiah), Libby McCarroll (Joel), Mandy Morton (Bailey), Lica Cook, Gracie Vega, Eva Vega, Laurel Eissler, Faith Cashatt, Danica Cashatt, Shania Cashatt; great-nephews Parker Dalton, Charley Hall, Jacob Morton, Jairee Holmes, Russell Baker, and Joel Baker Jr., and Brayden Brown; great-nieces Isla Pattillo, Layla Niemeier, Kaylee Morton, Taelan Holmes, and Zoey Baker. Other family members include George Faulkner, Robyn McCollum (Colten), Justin Williams (Shannon), and Jeremy Elliot (Stacy). He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Charles W. Hall and Jimmy King.

Visitation will be from 3-5 PM Friday, November 9 at Delaney Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Eagles Lodge in Marceline beginning at 6:00pm. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Calvin’s life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Delaney Funeral Home at 1720 N Missouri Ave, Marceline, MO 64658. Burial will be at a later date in the New Cambria Cemetery.
