Mark Franklin Davis November 02, 1959 - December 03, 2018

Mark Franklin Davis, 59, of Macon, MO, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018, in Amarillo, TX.

Mark was born on November 2, 1959, in Eustis, FL, the son of James Leon and Alice Louise (Hane) Davis. He was united in marriage to Sherrie Quinlin on October 21, 1978. Mark enjoyed panning for gold, he loved his family, and his dog “Buster”.

Mark is survived by his wife, Sherrie of the home; two children, Mark Davis, Jr. and his wife Amber of Palmyra, MO, and Cristina Johnston and her husband Eric of Moberly, MO; six grandchildren, Kayleigh Davis, Alex Davis, Brittany Johnston, Dyllan Johnston, Ethan Hunter, and Cameron Hunter; two siblings, Matt Davis and his wife Rhonda of Colorado, and Mary Alice Davis of Amery, WI; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Albert and Mary Hane; and his paternal grandparents, Frank and Lucy Davis.

A Gathering of Remembrance will be from 2:00 to 2:30 pm on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Macon. Words of Remembrance will follow at 2:30 pm with Bro. Jim Bolin officiating, at the funeral home. Family suggests memorials to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
