Biography

Sierra Cheyanne Ridgway-Crane, 19, of Clark, Mo entered the arms of her loving Savior on August 8, 2018. Sierra was born on May 12, 1999 in Columbia, Mo to Misty Ridgway and Shawn Crane. She graduated from Sturgeon RII High School and was currently attending Moberly Area Community College working on a degree in Psychology. She had been a manager for three years at McDonalds.

She was a black belt in Karate and participated in many school activities including NHS, band, student council, A+, drama and many sports. She had completed and won several pageants and had been named employee of the month at McDonalds multiple times. She was a member of the Crossroads Cathedral Church and enjoyed her time as a youth helper, children’s teacher, nursery worker and playing drums. She also worked at Esther’s Pantry and packed buddy packs. Sierra was generous to a fault. She was a very social individual who was deeply involved in church for the majority of her life. She enjoyed working with children, spending time with family and friends, and going on road trips.

Her family and friends will always remember her ever present smile and love for everyone.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Ruth Crane; maternal great grandparents, William and Mary Overfelt, Glen and Opel Ridgway; paternal great grandparents Ivin and Mary Perish and Julius and Sarah Crane.

Sierra is survived by her parents Misty Crane and Stan Koehler of Clark, Mo and Shawn and Kelly Crane, of Columbia, Mo; grandparents Darrel and Joyce Ridgway of Clark, Mo; grandfather Luther Crane, of Columbia, Mo; siblings; Hunter Shilling of Sturgeon, Mo, Abby Penrose of Columbia, Mo and Axel Crane of Columbia, Mo; uncles Jody Ridgway and wife Rina of Barnhart, Mo, Greg Crane of Minneapolis, Mn, aunts; Kristal Ridgway of Clark, MO, Kacy Decker and husband Calvin of Clark, Mo, Susan Robinson and husband Tim of Columbia, Mo, cousins; Seth, Codi and Rowen Ridgway of St. Louis, Mo, Kassidy, Caleb and Laney Cook of Clark, Mo, Kolten Ridgway of Clark, Mo, Georgia Robinson of Columbia, Mo, Brett and Jordan Ridgway of Barnhart, Mo, Braedyn, Isaac and Chloe Decker of Clark, Mo many other family and friends.

A funeral service celebrating Sierra’s Life will be held on Wednesday August 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly, Mo with interment to follow at Perche Cemetery in Clark, Mo. Visitation will be held August 15, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. If desired, donations may be sent to Crossroads Cathedral 229 South Allen
