Twila Rose Saverino, 65 years old, of Milan, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Sullivan County Memorial Hospital.

Twila was born September 6, 1952 in Milan to Clifford and Rosalie (Bunch) Linhart. On May 14, 2014 she married Billy Saverino in Prince William, Virginia, he survives her of the home.

Also surviving: two daughters, LaShawn Wince (Zach) of Manassas, Virginia; Lindsay Manov (Zdravko) of Phoenix, Arizona; step children, William R. Saverino, Jr., Michael A. Saverino, and Amanda M. Saverino, all of Manassas,Virginia; grandchildren, Victoria Wince, Logan Wince, Kailey Wince, Landon Manov, Zoey Manov, Michael Saverino, Bella Saverino, Jacob Saverino, Dominic Saverino, Elijah Saverino, Beau Saverino, and Adrianna Saverino; five siblings, Ronnie Linhart (Linda) of Lee’s Summitt, Missouri, Jenial Oder (Doug) of Milan, Teresa Tilley (Bruce) of Unionville, Missouri, Anthony Linhart (Paula) of Milan, and Shane Linhart (Lisa) of Milan; and several nieces and nephews.

Twila graduated from Milan High School in 1970, after high school she moved to Kansas City, Missouri, marrying James Canfield on February 12, 1977, he preceded her in death on January 30, 2006. She started working with Exxon Mobil in Kansas City, then moved to Dallas, Texas, and finally moved in 1992 to Northern Virginia, retiring from Exxon in 2015 after 42 years. In Virginia she also worked a second job at Kohl’s. Twila had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening. She loved traveling and spoiling her grandkids.

Funeral services for Twila will be held 9:30 AM, Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Schoene-Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Milan. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, east of Green City. A visitation is scheduled for one hour before the service, starting at 8:30 AM.
