Dennis Don Matticks August 06, 1954 - June 04, 2018

Dennis D. Matticks, age 63 of Eldon, Missouri formerly of Marceline and Bucklin, died Monday, June 4, 2018 at University Hospital in Columbia. Dennis was born in Marceline, Missouri on August 6, 1954 to Harry D. and Flora (Chrisman) Matticks.

Dennis was a Veteran of the United States Navy and worked as a boilermaker with Local #83 out of Kansas City.

He is survived by his mother Flora F. Payne and Vernon of Bucklin, three daughters, Jamie Matticks and husband Jonathan R. Cullihall of Hallsville, Amanda Matticks of Hallsville, and Angela Dawn Byrd of Seattle, Washington, sister Kathi Cordingley and Robert of Henderson, Nevada, brother Gary Freeman of Grand Junction, Colorado, four grandchildren, Emily and Katie Magers, Amari and Amelia Matticks, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorial visitation will be from 2-4 PM Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline. Memorials may be made to the family and sent to 1720 N. Missouri Ave., Marceline, MO 64658.
