Eugene Harold Hall December 22, 1924 - June 05, 2018

Eugene (Gene) Harold Hall, 93, current resident of Mexico, MO, who was born and raised in Macon, MO passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 05, 2018, at the Mexico Veterans Home.

Gene was born on December 22, 1924, in Macon, MO, to Harold and Laura (Clark) Hall. Gene was a Sergeant in the US Army serving in both Germany and France during World War II.

He is survived by three children, Scott David Hall and wife Linda of Edmond OK, with whom Gene resided with for several years prior to moving to Mexico, Teresa Hall Wiechhaus and husband Tony of Hannibal, MO, Robert Hall and wife Angie of Hannibal, MO. He was blessed with 6 grandchildren, Ann Hall Latimer and husband Chris, Christopher Hall and wife Amanda, Lindsey Hall and husband Jereme Mastin, Lee Kendrick and wife Brooke, Robyn Nalley, and Kerry Hall, and 12 great-grandchildren.

Gene was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, Maude Ellis, Viola Pearl Crow, Mary Ellen Orr, and Marie Stephens; two brothers, Lester William Hall, Lewis Hall; and Julian, his loving family was awaiting his arrival.

Graveside services, with full military honors, will be held Friday, June 8, 2018, at 10 am at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon, MO.
