Gerald Paul Allen III (Apr 04, 1963 - May 14, 2018)

Gerald Paul Allen III, 55, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Monday May 14, 2018 at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

The son of Gerald Paul and Donna Jean (Dudley) Allen II, he was born April 4, 1963 in Warren, Ohio.

Gerald is survived by his mother Donna Allen of Trenton, MO; two daughters,, Breanna Allen of Kirksville, MO, and Kristina Allen of Warren, OH; three brothers, John Allen of Warren, OH, James Allen of Kirksville, MO, and David Allen of Chillicothe, MO; three sisters, Pamela Kirby of Kent, OH, Elizabeth Lawrence of Trenton, MO, and Diana Modaff of Kirksville, MO; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Kenneth Allen.

Gerald was raised and received his education in Ohio. He had been employed for Cenveo Envelope Factory in Kirksville until his health failed.

Gerald enjoyed golfing and was a knife collector but his greatest joy was time spent with his family, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 17, 2018 starting at 1:00 p.m. at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

A graveside service will follow visitation at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Llewellyn Cemetery in Kirksville, with Pastor Aaron Rodgers officiating.

Pallbearers will be Brad Couey, Kristopher Taylor, Sebastian Creech, Adam Lewis, Tony Schultz, and Jason Brandenburg.
